Gin Supper Club , Atlas Bar

This evening was perfection .The weather was glorious and as we entered the Atlas Bar our tables were ready,as was a complimentary gin. The start of a fabulous evening. Atlas Bar presents a supper club each month and a guest "Drinks Enthusiast " comes to present , explain and educate . Tonight a Dave Marsland spoke and we all came away wiser. The chef had prepared a three course meal.The three courses being matched to compliment the three gins being presented . If you look at the collage top Left this is the starter of Mackerel ceviche served with Langley's no 8. Then you see a bottle of Saffron Gin .This was served with Ossobuco , superb !
Lower Left left is the Hoxton Gin which as with the others was first tasted neat , and then served with the course ,a shot to show  how the gin looked on being served ready to enjoy with Hoxton gin-baba with grapefruit and coconut chantilly . My favourite was the  Saffron Gin , 2nd place the Hoxton and 3rd spot the Langley's no 8 .If you have never been to the Atlas Bar do try it ... For fine atmosphere , food and drink you cannot go wrong . My extra is the menu in detail .
