New Project

I joined a team tonight of like minded ( I hope!) men who will attempt to run three mills to mill flour etc. There is a four vane mill, a five vane mill and a 50 hp output waterwheel running three mill stones. Am looking forward to getting them all up and running... Quite a bit of work to be done but can see a day I will make bread from flour I have milled. The plan includes sowing and harvesting with horse drawn machinery. This will enable us to use the straw for thatching a local cottage....just saying
