Storm a coming

Hey, you know I can't resist storm clouds.  Finally have had a few storms lately to drench the dry earth here.  Every little bit helps :)

I didn't use it for this photo, but have upgraded my camera.  I have been practicing using the new one for the past week or so.  Still a little intimating  But I really like the lens and features...

Vacation time starts next week.  I call this an old school vacation.  We are heading back to the Outer Banks of North Carolina and do some fishing.  Staying in an older mom and pop motel that has been there for several years.  Should be interesting and I hope plenty of photo opportunities

May be bigger news on the horizon.  We've started maybe looking at moving in the next 6 to 8 months down the road.  I need a house with a lot less steps to help with my knees.  There may be a contender on the market soon :)  

And I have puppy fever, but haven't quite jumped in yet.
