Puffff.....

These Japanese Windflower seed heads are everywhere in the garden at present.
I love how they burst into  a "cotton-wool "puff and the wind disperses the tiny seeds into the garden. Once you have them in the garden they are pretty hard to get rid of...but who would want to...they are so pretty with their nodding heads and their dense green foliage.
Its been another gorgeous day starting with a massive frost. We hopped on our bikes and went for a long ride in the countryside. Too good a day to be inside while the sky was blue and the sun shining. I have the fire on now, ready for another cold night.
