The Tower and Fountains

I first came across these fountains from the pavement in Budapest with their pulsating rhythms.  The are such fun and in the heat of a Hungarian Summer were a great cooler for youngsters and some not so young.  

I can imagine that these might have a similar use as the year progresses.
