Great investment near lake Ontario!

3 years ago I had a chance to invest a house by the lake. I missed that chance back then as they were offering a 25k down and 3 years no interest on these houses. Oh well can't go back to the future So all the money is going into the principle for three years. Imagine that!
I should of listen to my gut instinct rather than listen to what others say.
These deals are no longer available anymore as house prices are ridiculas in prices.
