Roman Art?

I shot this through a store window and at first thought it was a dressed up version of a bust of Caesar.  At a second glance, it's not.  So the title Et tu, Brutus wouldn't work.  How about:

Eh, what Roman deity do I see?  Jeweled beyond the times...
