Thunder and lightening and all things frightening

Last night I thought the world was about to end...there was a huge thunderclap that the actual pressure rocked the houses' foundations. Then the rain poured down torrentially,we were expecting floods but thankfully this afternoon it has cleared and remains icy.Thankful for a warm home and a roof over my head,there are many who are not so fortunate tonight.
