Yellow Rattle

We're converting half our lawn to a wildflower meadow (just an excuse to cut down on the mowing really). On part we sowed yellow rattle seeds in the autumn.  They are semi parasitic, feeding on the grass they are growing with and reducing its vigour. When they set seed in the autumn we need something with hooves to trample with in.
