After midsummer

It's obviously all downhill now.
Ran a race for slower people tonight and came 12/44, and 1st 50+ woman.
The first few were quite quick, I suspect they hadn't done much before and didn't know how fast they could run (I hope that was it and  not that they ignored the entry criteria)
