I think this swimsuit deserves the survival badge. My mum was having a clear out and came across it. I know I was in first year when I dove for a brick in my pyjamas, and I was in P7 when I got the Grade III Distance badge - 36 lengths of Bathgate Baths - I remember the rest of the class waiting on 3 of us to finish so we could get the bus back to school.
St Michael swimsuits were made of strong stuff in those days - or the pool chemicals are stronger these days?
