Black Backed Gull

A new patient overnight.Someone has had a potshot at this fellow and damaged his wing. Not too badly but he is on 'bedrest' for a couple of weeks.We actually have to hand feed him.... He wanted to eat me instead- so it was a matter of seriously keeping my wits about me and keep out of his beak's reach. He is a big boy with a long beak!!!!!
