...Should look away now. Don't shoot the messenger but I spotted this on a shelf today. It illustrates the French attitude towards the connection between the animal and the food. 

I know that a lot of you are strongly opposed to this. I make no comment. But its in a country just across the channel and there were no riots against this farming practice. However there was tyre burning going on down by the Eurostar railway track. Its a different world.
