Weed?

I was out for my evening stroll with Ruby collecting bits and pieces for the bug hotel at school (twigs, leaves, pine cones etc) and noticed these small flowers popping up, similar to the way daisies or buttercups pop up, but I don't know what they are. Any ideas?

Another complaint about me and what I have supposedly said to a child at school. 16 + years as a TA without incident and now 2 within months of each other. I really feel it's now time to move on, although I'm really not sure what to do!!!

Friday tomorrow and 3 weeks to go.....and counting!!!
