Day 50 streaking

After a day of rest. I felt so much better totally refreshed and rejuvenated. Amazing what a day of lazying on the sofa watching trash and drifting in and out of sleep can do.

Thank goodness I feel good because I had to head down to London for work and also for the 10k race on Sunday...which I'm still dreading! Gulp!
