Chia Shots

Trying these as they were £1 off in Sainsbury's (other Supermarkets are available) and I'm becoming a sucker for healthy eating fads!

The packaging says...

3g Omega 3
6g Dietary Fibre
3g Protein

What it doesn't say is if you ingest them on their own rather than sprinkle on food, that it's like eating very fine soft gravel!!!
