And it was all YELLOW

Quick update: It was 3 blood transfusions...two breaks in the leg and they will need to do surgery. Still need to do jaw surgery. Nothing today but rest. He is still in ICU.
Mom will arrive tomorrow. Not looking forward to her reaction when she sees her son. Looks like some kicked the crap out of him. Seriously. Makes my heart hurt.

His wife made a good point. The doctors said this is just structural damage. No brain damage, spinal damage or permanent heart damage. Most of all he wasn't killed. The guy that saw the accident said he wasn't even breathing when they unbuckled him and laid him down and covered him with a blanket. He finally gasped and shook. Praise God.
It is going to be a long road to recovery but he will survive. God's not done with him yet.
