Souvenirs

If there is one souvenir people are likely to buy when they visit the Lake Como area it is something in silk. Most likely a silk scarf. Almost every shop in the more tourist orientated areas sells silk scarves. These come in a variety of prices to suit all budgets, from just a few Euro to very expensive.

This shop in Tremezzo has a wide variety and is mainly in the lower end of the price range. The shop also sells prints based on originals by the sister of the owner. Some are quite nice, and would be a nice addition to the rather bare walls of the apartment.


No purchase today however in the shop, though we did have lunch in a neighbouring bar.
