So much Thali, so little time
We tried Krishna dining hall today for our third thali lunch. Each is slightly different. This one featured a lovely corn/garbanzo stuffed pastry with dipping sauce. What's shown here is not ALL they eventually placed on this large plate.
This morning I had practice from 9-12, then this evening Geeta's Pranayama class from 6-7:30. She guided us with a looser hand tonight, reminding us that we should know what to do by now, that she can't feel what's going on in our bodies. We have to do what's needed, when it's needed, and find out why. It's always that: find out why.
Still, reminders help. I love the way she says "exhale." It sounds like "eggs hail." I will have that in my mind for a long time, esp. in the viloma breathing: Eggs hail and wait. Eggs hail and wait. Eggs hail and wait.
