And so it begins
I was sitting with a cocktail stick and this pomegranate for ages picking out the bits, sucking off the flesh then spitting out the seeds. I was contemplating whether the act of eating them used up more calories than they gave. It's something I also contemplate when trying to peel a particularly awkward orange too.
I remember sitting with my Grandma picking at one when I was little. I thought it was the most exotic fruit I'd ever seen. On first glance it appeared it was an oversized apple but on cutting it open it was a whole new world of interest. My mum turns her nose up at them and Miniman is undecided. I'm still impressed.
