Flying By Numbers

Spent the morning sorting the equipment from club nights and finalising details for our trip to Norway.
Decided to have a trip to the Hole of Horcum for a moorland walk. We could not believe how busy it was. It turned out to be a model glider competition. A 100m route was marked and the gliders were timed as they completed 1000m. it appeared as though one man launched the glider and a second took charge of the controls. Apparently people had travelled from Holland and Germany to compete.
