Buttermere Sunrise

Sunrise was at 4.35 am. I was standing on the shore at that time, but of course, it took rather a while for the sun to shine full in the valley, leaving me plenty of time to take plenty of shots.

This was taken at 5.43 am. Note the sunlight just topping Haystacks on the right.

And I was so lucky to have such a fine morning. But no mist on the lake. Can't have everything.
