A and I popped to our local park, where the Summer Fair was being held. It's a very small affair, only in its 3rd year, so we make an effort to wander along and support it. There was a brass quartet playing (in a tent to avoid the intermittent showers), and we had a good rifle through the books stall. I picked up a couple of novels and The British Photographic Society journal 1964, a terrific find!
After that we continued on down to the West End where Queen Margaret Drive community were having a Summer mini-fest. Bands playing, all the shops had stalls outside, African Drumming, a great atmosphere! On the way home the Sun shone and all was well!
Happy Sunday.
Back Blipping again!
