LUPINS AT LAST

Have photographed the lupins several times with a mind to compare them with Antoni  Gaudi's Sagrada Familia towers for a blip.
Never quite satisfied with my efforts this year for that comparison, but caught them today in a different light with a strong orange background.
Rainy overnight and into the day not brightening until late afternoon.

lens used today is Minolta RF 250mm f5.6 catadioptric
