Dimairt and friend

I had a visit from some old friends from Lancashire today. Barry used to lodge with me when he worked here as an electricity |inesman. I think he still hankers after living here, and he and his family try and come back every year for a holiday.

This is Jack. He and his younger brother, Harry, are great kids, and they took to Dimairt as he took to them.

Dimairt has quite a fierce bark, and barked non-stop as they were arriving and coming into the garden. Many a child these days would be terrified of this bouncing, enthusiastic, barking dog. Both these boys were totally unfazed.
