Dead coral on the beach

We're up early and go for Andy's fave breakfast of museli, fruit and yoghurt before he goes for his dive. We've not been anywhere where he can get it for a while. Fred hits the slowest internet cafe in the world to tries to do some blip. Even copying photos onto her memory stick seems to be taking ages so she just works direct from the camera, emailing photos to herself and she'll do the narrative and upload it all from the kindle later via wifi. Blip is starting to become a pain since we've not had a computer but we're determined to finish our year.

Andy enjoys his dive, seeing a huge turtle amongst other things, and decides to do another in the afternoon. Fred reads for most of the afternoon. She's been reading Wuthering Heights and Pride and Prejudice, both of which she's never read before and is really enjoying.

She's not completely lazy though as her legs finally feel better so she goes for a run right around the island in the late afternoon. It takes about 35 mins and parts are sandy so it's quite hard but she enjoys it. She's entered a half marathon on October with Anna and Timmy so will need to get straight into training once home.

Andy has a good second dive but decides to have a day off tomorrow so we might do some snorkelling which is supposed to be fantastic here. The pic is of dead coral on the beach. They used to bomb fish here so there's loads of it.
