High Tide

There has been a storm way out in the Southern Indian Ocean the last few days causing high swells on our local beaches, the South West had reports of 4 mt. swells.
Of course we had to go down this morning and have a look at this phenomenon on our local beach as its unusual that a storm this big doesn't bring in heavy rain and thunder, apparently it happens once every decade.
There were a few surfers expecting to chase a few waves along with quite a few spectators, I loved he waves that created its own mini rainbow, although it doesnt look it the waves were quite high and exceptionally loud as they crashed on the beach.
The waves were around 18 seconds apart, as one wave crashed there was another fast on its tail, you can see this better on my extra blip..
