Setting up a bokeh shot

Not an original idea, but I was short of time and ideas, so this is what you get.

I could bore you with a story of an ex friend who paid me a visit today for totally selfish purposes I might point out and reminded me that for all the good people in the world, there are still some twats out there. But I won't, otherwise I risk coming across as resentful, and I'm not. I know that karma will take care of things.

Here's a thought for you. They say that you should check your stools for signs of blood, but what if you are colour blind like me? Do you get a friend to do it? Any volunteers?
