Summer

At last - a decent summer's day and managed to  get a pair of shorts on for the first time this year. 
Spend most of the morning pottering in the garden - after all the building work the plants ( and in particular the grass ) has taken a hammering . 
Some shrubs seem to  have survived however  - mostly through the love and care of Mrs St Swithin .
