The Cooncil or canal authority having 'smartened up' this area of the canal, inserted 'visitors' moorings and apparently removed those narrow boaters who actually used the place, have deleted any sense of community in that part of the canal, where once there was a good one.
Now even Zazoo narrow boat cafe is up for sale.
And hardly ever a single 'visitor' comes to moor there. It feels crap. commodification of everything... no thanks.
