Neighbours

Had a lovely afternoon with friends and neighbours who we had invited round for a farewell drink. We have been here since they built the estate in 1976 and many of the neighbours have too. Several of them got very emotional, in fact I felt a bit guilty that I was looking at the adventure ahead and they were saddened that it was the end of an era.

I'm sure I too will be sad to leave on Thursday, we have many memories attached to the house, but we're off to make more in another one!

The photo is of my two youngest sons. It's so rare to see any of them together I grab a photo when it happens.
