Sandsend Beach,North Yorkshire.

Scarborough had RAF day today so was seemingly buzzing .Whitby was packed and not a place to park had one wanted .Robin Hoods Bay is not for any but the fleet of foot and minus knee problems .Hence we went to Sandsend and this all ended well .The sand and shingle beach is clean and has a life gaurd . There is a pleasant cafe nearby  and the waters are wonderfully clean and warm .Yes, immersion was great and I stayed in quite a while .Just being surrounded by the sea is wonderful and I can listen and listen and feel as if it is the finest  music . On our way back we stopped the car to look back and the picture as background on this collage was taken then. Those on the background speak for themselves .I love playing with pebbles and created these two figures + seaweed hair.The mermaid figure was found in the sea . She had to be part of the scene .It was a glorious sunny ,warm day .Hope all of you enjoyed your days .Two late nights & I'm behind with my looking at blips ... Will have caught up by midday  tomorrow .
