Museum of the Native American Indian

Truly miserable day weather wise which recalled the worst of a wet Scottish summers day....A and I headed down to the Mall to take in this relatively new museum.   The architecture of the building is stunning....the story of the genocide of Native Americans depressing.     

I have meant to read "I buried my heart at wounded knee" for years and must force my self through it soon.
