The Reed Tree

Thank you all for your hearts and stars on yesterday's big clouds!

I had a wonderful time with friends as we traveled the beautiful winding roads of the Skylands region of New Jersey. It was a day filled with laughter and love, sunshine and clouds, raindrops and roadkill, potholes, slowpokes and bears.

I stopped by a field on the way home to capture the light. The abandoned house with it's defunct utility pole positively fascinated me, and I didn't mean to cause my friends concern when they saw my car on the side of the road without me in it. Reed came back to see if I was alright.
