Easy Rider at the Pinnacles
It's been a long day today again. We picked up the car and headed to Cervantes in a rather tortuous way. The Sat Nav was having conniptions and no amount of swearing at it or abusing it would set it on the right path. I think it wanted to go back to Perth. Eventually we stopped at a service station and bought a map. Asyoudo.
This is at the Pinnancles which are limestone formations. A low rumble rising to a full on crescendo of Harley roar preceded the Claremont Motor Cycle club demonstrating that bikers are interested in the natural world. Particularly if they can deafen all the other tourists there. See extra for the deaf tourists.
After there it was lunch in Cervantes and then a long drive to Kalbarri. Dinner in the Tavern and then a quick walk down to the Murchison River (sans the Queen Ninniex) and soon to bed. Another day of driving tomorrow to Denham.
