Sad legs!

Noo must have known, when he stuck this sticker on my leg, that I was going to have a bad run! Not that I did much running!!

GravyC and I set off from his mum's, but I was in pain from the off. We stopped and did some stretching, then a bit of walking, but as soon as I started to run I was in pain again. I let him go off and I spent an hour and a half stomping like a mad woman through the woods at Sparrow's Den! I went up every up I could find and down the next down - round and round and round. I didn't even stop when the rain started. I can't bear not being able to run.

Meanwhile, Noo had been to the shops with his Nanna and was now "doing jobs!" She let him "help" her cut up wood from the wisteria! He is now exhausted and sleeping in my bed. I might join him......
