Titan Arum

Or Amorphophallus Titanum - Told by SparseRunner who followed the progress very closely, that it had finally flowered, we went to the Botanics early in the morning. We had to queue for a good half hour, but it was very well managed and definitely worth it. What an amazing plant! We met a couple of friends and went round the glasshouses with them (extra photo).
