White Wine, Red Car
Coffees and small pastries in our local Helios bookshop-cafe this morning, where we sat at separate small tables focused on our own worky-things . . . me finishing off course reports and Bb finalizing his ISBN book publication numbers though the Spanish agency. We chatted with the well-known Uruguayan writer, Cristina Peri Rossi, who was the sentimental partner of Julio Cortázar, often referred to as the Shakespeare of Latin America and who lives locally. She's been very supportive of Bb's writing endeavours over the last few months. Then we wandered through Eixample in the Barcelona heat seeking the shade as Scots do ;-) We're now in our local Monchos, where I got my blip. About to order a few small tapas. We're still recovering from too much to eat from the last two days to be honest!
