Yet again, another early start; around 6am :( I am starting to feel sick with tiredness. Lay in bed for a bit, read my book then got up and went to Starbucks for breakfast. Home via the petrol station.
Such a nice feeling to know I don't have to see Mum today.
Drove down the east coast and stopped off at the beach for a walk. Home via Café Nero and it was only 1.30pm.
Got back into my pj's and had an hours sleep. The rest of the afternoon was spent colouring, reading and lying on the sofa with the curtains shut.

Although I have enjoyed my day, my mind has been lots of places. I don't know how to be happy and stay focused on what I am doing . There has been tears several times.
