Policemen Are Getting Smaller . . .

Are policemen really getting younger or just smaller?  This one is lost under his helmet.
 
Today was Bourne Carnival which was held in North Street.  Sadly it was  mostly local companies, like interior designs or estate agents that made up most of the attractions.  Nevertheless there were herds of people there obstructing any hope of a good photo.  One thing that did catch my eye was the very small policeman.
