A Midsummer Night's Dream

'There sleeps Titania, sometime of the night,
Lulled in these flowers with dances and delight.'

On a beautiful midsummer night a friend and I took a sumptuous picnic to a lovely garden and were entertained by a fantastic performance of a MND. It was one of the best I've seen. The adults were superb but the children (fairies) were brilliant and all during the time we were having our picnic they were flitting around through the trees and plants, whispering and giggling and really setting the scene. One of those truly magical nights that sometimes happen.A bit of time out from reality to savour on dark winter nights.
