Colour run

Had a fab weekend which has gone far too fast. Today Lottie and I took part in the Colour Run for Wakefield Hospice, along with fellow blipper GMTFar and her friend. It was great fun and for a very good cause - they looked after my dad in his last few days and were just so lovely.

Hoping that this kickstarts my much needed fitness campaign!
