The Lion, Crow & the Bar Fridge

A big thanks to Channel 7 for hosting Derrian, Kym, Fran, Jackie, Sharon, James & a few guys from the Subway Adelaide Board at the AFL on Saturday!

With the Brisbane-ites cheering for the Lions and the Subway guys cheering for the Crows, there were hot words, laughter and drinks all round.

Game update: The Lions were winning the whole game until the last 9 minutes of the last quarter. The Crows turned it around by kicking multiple goals in a row which proved too much for the Lions to match.

Overheard
"Where are the meat pies?"
"The Lions are a one-quarter team."
"Which one of these is my beer?"
"Only when I start watching a fight breaks out."
"So... how many points is a goal?"
