Another weed...

in our neglected lawn. The grass is still very dry and dying off due to the lack of rain, yet the weeds continue to thrive.

The last week of school - the last week ever, for Adam. Both he and Thomas have many hours of orchestra rehearsal this week for the end of term concerts, plus Adam has his Leaver's Concert on Friday night. This is when the final year music scholars perform a solo piece accompanied by the orchestra - it is very special and I am looking forward to it very much. Adam is performing the second movement form Mozart's Clarinet Concerto in A.

Murdoch's cyst is very much improved, the ointment seems to have helped.

Tomorrow I have two visitors from Perth (Australia) arriving, and I am very much looking forward to seeing them.
