Into The Wild

The Blip today is of a large colourful mural, painted in Alfaz del Pi, near to the Casa de Cultura....which I didn't really understand what it referred to....

But a little research has shown ......this to be The Magic Bus, that Chris McCandless drove into a remote area of Alaska.

The movie is called 'Into The Wild'. (2007).....and perhaps the most memorable quotation, also painted on the wall, is
'Happiness is only real when shared'

Alfaz is about to celebrate its Annual Film Festival....perhaps this is the reason for the mural.....if it is, I'll let you know!
