You cannot change the laws of physics!

Year 5 had a taster lesson at the Senior School this afternoon... today it was physics.

I popped down to collect them and caught the end of their activity - pumping air into a half-filled bottle of water until the pressure becomes so great it becomes a rocket! A perfect activity for a hot, sunny day as it gave everyone a little shower as it fired into the air!

The boys loved it! I'm sure you can imagine the mass excited exclamation of, "Whoaaaaaa!" when the first one went up!
