Still smiling after 26 miles

So it can't have been too bad. It started very wet (hence the duckboards over the massive puddles at the exit from the Moonwalk site) which probably didn't help the blisters on the feet, but L and H completed their second Moonwalk this morning. Dull and overcast this time, unlike the bright sunshine of last year, but it still wasn't too cold. L's sister L completed her half-moon earlier in the morning and came back to the park with me to meet L and H at the finish. L and H took a very similar time to last year, about 9:45, which is 3 mph plus stops. Pretty good going, overnight and in the rain at least some of the way. L was pleased with her 4:25 finish for the half-moon. Having had their breakfast the three of them are all having a sleep right now!
W, also in yesterday's picture, finished in just over six and a half hours - that's 4 mph pace without stops, which is very impressive!!
