Garden shed is now painted.
All that talk on here a few weeks ago of people painting their garden sheds inspired myself and Grandpa to do the same with my tired looking shed which I have previously used as a garden office and most recently for extra storage - my computer is now on the kitchen breakfast bar and the shed is full to the brim with s%*+ and I am sure you all know exactly what I am talking about, the garage is the same too! :-D
After lots of hard work in between holidays to the Italian Riviera and visits to our much loved beach hut in Felixstowe, I can now confirm that my garden shed has finally finished being painted and is looking lovely and fresh again.
Sorry for the dark picture. It's getting rather gloomy here in South Cambridgeshire and I wanted to post this tonight after Gramps just finished the last bit around the roofline. I didn't want to take it in daylight tomorrow and backblip it then claim I had taken it today because that would just be cheating now wouldn't it folks!
Thank god the shed is now painted, refreshed and protected for another few years. I can now store all of my junk in pride.
The new neighbour next door has been a real copycat and painted her rotten old hand me down shed in the most hideous shade of pink - I am tempted to go into the garden one night when she is AWOL and paint lots of yellow Mr Blobby spots all over it.
I can fantasise but I'm too good a guy to do something like that for real - I am so in the chokie if this happens now, even though it wouldn't be me as I've more or less confessed on social media. You ever get that feeling?
Enjoy your evening fellow blippers. Now to order a nice Chinese take out! A 1 x Lemon Chicken, a portion of special fried rice with no egg and a crab meat and sweetcorn soup. Awesome Sauce - thanks "C" in Kentucky for introducing me to this silly phrase which I cannot stop saying and am therefore using all over the place.
