Frome Triathlon Club does Ironman 70.3 UK

This weekend K, L and B headed to Wimbleball Lake on Exmoor to watch the members of the Triathlon Club take part in Ironman 70.3 UK, Ironman call it their toughest half ironman distance in the world, there not wrong, it's brutal!

After pitching our tent the competitors and family and friends headed to the lake for a before photo. Those in the photo plus four others are the plucky soles who started the race.
