Water cooled

Today I am in Amsterdam for a Volkswagen car launch, and we stopped for lunch at a beautiful lakeside restaurant not far from the city centre. Unusually, it has a double layer glass roof with a constant cascade of water flowing in between, to keep the restaurant cool in hot summer weather. It is very effective and also very beautiful.
